Appointment Philosophy

Our appointment system is designed so that we may give the most efficient care in a pleasant and relaxed environment. We make every effort to honor all time commitments and expect that patients extend the same courtesy to us. Patients are asked to call the office to confirm scheduled appointments within twenty-four (24) hours of the appointment. We are available when emergencies arise, and will do our best to give prompt consideration to patients experiencing discomfort as needed. We aim to give each patient adequate time and personal attention while in our office. When a patient is more than 15 minutes late for an appointment, it may be necessary to reschedule to allow enough time for treatment and avoid inconveniencing other patients.
