Anna
Anna
Anna was born and raised in Kielce, Poland. She graduated from the Medical Academy of Gdansk with a degree in Dentistry.
In 2004, she moved to Cary, NC. During the first few years, she worked as a dental assistant to better explore the dental field in the United States. In 2009, she graduated as a Dental Hygienist from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. In 2021, Anna was accepted to the Graduate Program at UNC Adams School of Dentistry at Chapel Hill, and, in 2023, she received a Master of Science degree in Dental Hygiene Education.
Anna is a member of the Golden Key International Honor Society and the Sigma Phi Alpha Dental Hygiene Honor Society. She is also a recipient of the Colgate Student Total Achievement Award.
Outside of work, Anna loves spending time with her family, her husband Mark, and their daughter Matilda. She enjoys cooking, gardening, and working on home improvement projects. They all love traveling and discovering places around the world.
Loretta
Loretta
Loretta was born in Phoenix, Arizona and moved to Durham when she was in elementary school. Loretta loves North Carolina and calls it home. She went to High Point University for her undergrad in Elementary Education in 2000.
Loretta had a passion to serve her community in a different way and decided to study Dental Hygiene. She graduated valedictorian of her Georgia State University Dental Hygiene Class in 2014.
Loretta has practiced Dental Hygiene in Georgia, South Carolina, and North Carolina.
Loretta is passionate about educating patients on their oral health and meeting new people. She enjoys making her patients feel comfortable and tailoring their dental care to their individual needs.
Loretta loves being back in North Carolina to serve her home state and be closer to her family. She lives in Durham with her husband and two dogs, and loves spending time with her family and friends. She enjoys traveling, cooking and trying out new restaurants.
Dhora
Dhora
Dhora began her dental career in New York, graduating at the top of her class from New York City College of Technology in 2012. She was honored with the NY Dental Society Award for Academic Excellence. Since then, she has practiced dental hygiene in both New York and North Carolina.
In 2019, Dhora relocated to Apex, NC with her husband, Sander, their two children, Annie and Daniel, and their beloved doodle, Max.
Having experienced dental fear herself as a child, Dhora brings a deep sense of empathy to her work—especially with guests who experience high anxiety. She is passionate about creating a comfortable, supportive environment while educating others about their dental health.
Outside the office, Dhora enjoys traveling, learning new languages, cooking, staying active, spending quality time with her family, and taking Max on long walks.
Kimberly
Kimberly
Kimberly is a North Carolina native from the small town of Benson, North Carolina. After years of working in education, from preschool to graduate & professional, she decided to step into the field of health care.
Kimberly has a passion for helping and serving others and is now able to walk alongside people in their journey to a healthy, happy smile! She received her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene at UNC Chapel Hill Adams School of Dentistry. She hopes to also utilize her dental knowledge and skills for local and international mission trips.
Kimberly joined the TFD family in July 2024 and enjoys meeting new people as well as educating her patients on the importance of oral and systemic health.
Outside of work, Kimberly enjoys serving in her local church, traveling to see family in Montana, and making day trips to the NC coast. She is also a lover of animals, good food, coffee, art, and books.
Caitlyn
Caitlyn
Caitlyn is a licensed dental hygienist who graduated from Fayetteville Technical Community College in 2021. She is currently completing her Bachelor of Science in Biology at the University of North Carolina at Pembroke and will graduate in the fall of 2025.
She has a strong interest in science and enjoys learning about new developments in healthcare. She is passionate about educating patients and takes time to explain treatments and answer questions. Her goal is to help people feel comfortable and informed about their oral health.
Outside of work and school, she enjoys video gaming, reading, going to live music events, and traveling. Her favorite holiday is Halloween, and her favorite color is green. She has a fluffy grey cat named Katsu. She values kindness, curiosity, and creating a positive experience for every patient.
Brittany
Brittany
Brittany Edwards is a proud North Carolina native. Originally from Durham, she moved to Raleigh at the age of 10 and has called it home ever since. She got her start in dentistry in 2012 as a dental assistant, working in everything from pediatric and general dentistry to specializing in endodontics.
Driven by a passion for patient care and a commitment to personal growth, Brittany pursued a career in dental hygiene. She graduated at the top of her class and earned her license as a certified dental hygienist in 2023. That same year, she joined the TFD family with the goal of giving patients top-quality care and helping them take charge of their oral health at home.
Outside of work, Brittany values quality time with family, friends and her lovable golden doodle, Harper. She’s also a big fan of travel and is always looking forward to her next adventure. And when she’s not exploring new places, you can usually find her unwinding at her home away from home—North Myrtle Beach.
Brittany truly enjoys getting to know her patients and building lasting relationships. She can’t wait to meet you and looks forward to helping you achieve a healthy, confident smile.
Nicole
Nicole
Nicole was born and raised in Massachusetts, where she also earned her degree in dental hygiene. Shortly after graduating, she moved to Michigan with her husband, Jerome, and they spent about 14 wonderful years there. In January 2020, Nicole and her family made the move to New Hill, North Carolina—and they’ve loved it ever since!
Now happily settled in New Hill with her husband, their 16-year-old triplets, a 8-year-old, and two energetic puppies, Nicole has embraced life in the South. She especially enjoys the friendly community, beautiful surroundings, and surprisingly—the winters!
Outside of work, Nicole stays busy cheering on her kids—whether she’s watching her daughters play soccer or her son on the football field.
She’s thrilled to be part of the TFD team and looks forward to meeting each guest and helping them feel comfortable and confident about their dental care!

Ashley
Ashley was born and raised in Northern California.
Being a military spouse is what brought her to North Carolina, where she graduated from Central Carolina Community College with her dental hygiene degree. She was awarded the Hu-Friedy Golden Scaler Award in recognition of her clinical skill and professional judgment.
In her free time, she enjoys reading, baking, and spending time with her family exploring North Carolina.
