Nirav Patel, D.D.S.
Nirav Patel, D.D.S.Dr. Nirav Patel has been residing in North Carolina since 1992. He recently moved to Morrisville with his wife Priya.
During residency at ECU, Dr. Patel gained valuable experience in all aspects of dentistry including wisdom teeth extractions, implant placement, pre-prosthetic surgery, and treating medically compromised guests. Since then, Dr. Patel had been practicing dentistry in Salisbury, NC until moving to the Triangle area. While there, he served as the Secretary and Treasurer for the Rowan County Dental Society. Dr. Patel also likes to stay active in the community and volunteer his services on mobile dental buses and care clinics.
Dr. Patel enjoys spending time with his family and friends during his free time. He is an avid Tar Heels fan and loves sports. Him and his wife also love to travel and share new experiences together.

Brian Leech, D.M.D.
Brian Leech, D.M.D.Dr. Leech was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois (go Cubs!). After spending most of their summer vacations on the North Carolina coast, Dr. Leech and his family were excited to relocate much closer to the beach! He lives in Raleigh with his wife, Kate, their daughter Owen, and new born son Jack.
After finishing dental school, He completed the General Practice Residency program at Georgia Regents University in Augusta, Georgia. During residency, Dr. Leech gained a tremendous amount of experience providing intravenous (IV) sedation, dental implants, wisdom tooth removal, and full-mouth rehabilitation. Dr. Leech enjoys treating a wide variety of guests, including guests with dental anxiety.
When Dr. Leech is not at the office, he enjoys spending time with his family at the beach and giving back through various volunteer opportunities such the NC Mission of Mercy (MOM) clinics.

Dr. Saba JangdaDr Saba Jangda was born and raised in Dallas, TX. She completed her dental degree in New York and moved to North Caorlina shortly after. She currently resides in APEX with her husband and son.
Dr. Jangda enjoys all aspects of general dentistry and loves seeing patients of all ages. She believes in getting to know her patients and providing dental care in a relaxed environment.
In her time off, she enjoys spending time with family, traveling and exploring, and trying new places to eat.

Dr. Andrew Mouro
Dr. Andrew MouroDr. Andrew Mouro was born in Westerville, OH and moved to North Carolina when he was 5. He grew up in Cary and attended Green Hope High School.
Dr. Mouro graduated from Appalachian State University with a B.S. in Biology. After working as the operations manager for the NC Missions of Mercy Program helping provide free dental care to the underserved communities around the state, he attended dental school at East Carolina University’s School of Dental Medicine where he obtained his DMD with honors. Dr. Mouro completed a General Practice Residency program at Atrium Health Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte, NC and gained extensive experience in the management of medically complex patients, dental surgery, and other aspects of general dentistry. Dr. Mouro is a life-long learner and has acquired advanced continuing education in implant dentistry and moderate conscious sedation.
Dr. Mouro has a passion for helping others and serving his local community. He makes the daily commitment to educate his patients and provide the highest standard of care staying proficient with the latest dental technologies.
When not practicing dentistry, Dr. Mouro enjoys spending time with his wife Hillary and their dogs Elsie and Meeka. They are thrilled to become parents to a daughter in the spring of 2025. He enjoys regular strength and endurance training, cheering on the Carolina Hurricanes, traveling, spending time outdoors, and trying out all of the local food spots with his family and friends.

Dr. Santiago Tellez
Dr. Santiago TellezDr. Tellez was born in Mexico, but raised in Erwin, North Carolina since the age of 4. He now resides in Raleigh with his fiancé, Rick, and their Bernese Mountain Dog, Otto.
Dr. Tellez received his bachelor’s degree in Polymer & Color Chemistry from North Carolina State University and completed his training in dentistry at UNC – Chapel Hill. His passion for art and helping others are what initially drew him to dentistry and he strives to deliver dental care in the most comfortable and relaxing way for his patients. Dr. Tellez prioritizes preventive care and is very motivated to teach his patients about their oral conditions and how to improve their overall health.
Outside of the office, Dr. Tellez enjoys cheering on the Wolfpack and the Hurricanes! He and his fiancé are big foodies and can be found trying out all the new restaurants in town or out hiking the local trails with their dog.
