What To Bring & What You Can Expect At Your First Appointment
What to Bring:
Here’s a new patient checklist to go through before coming in for the first time:
- Dental records/X-rays (we’re more than happy to help you obtain those from a previous provider if needed!)
- Photo ID (can be a valid driver’s license or a state ID)
- Insurance card (if you’re planning on using your dental insurance)
- Completed new patient forms (you can fill them out in advance online, RIGHT HERE.)
What to Expect:
During your first appointment, you will:
- Have a new patient consultation with your dentist
- Get a full comprehensive exam from the dentist
- Discuss a personalized treatment plan and any next steps
- Receive a hygiene evaluation and full dental cleaning
- Get any necessary treatment (we provide same-day treatment when possible after diagnosis)

We understand that you want a dental office that is close to you and that offers hours that fit your schedule. We offer convenient hours at each of our locations, including up until 7pm some nights AND Saturday hours as well.

A review of your medical history can help us stay informed of your overall health, any new medications, and any illnesses that may impact your dental health.

Infection control in our office is also very important to us. To protect our guests and ourselves, we strictly maintain sterilization and cross-contamination processes using standards recommended by the American Dental Association (ADA), the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), and the Centers for Disease Control (CDC).
