The staff here at Triangle Family Dentistry Heritage branch is wonderful. They are friendly, professional, and maintain an incredibly clean environment! This location is wonderful. Everyone is so kind and accommodating. I genuinely appreciate them. Before coming here, it had been 18 years since I had come to the dentist.

The heritage branch staff is polite and efficient, they really know what they are doing and great at what they do. The equipment they utilize seems to be top tier as some of it I have never seen in another dental office. The space is extremely clean and welcoming.

Amanda has been my hygienist for a year now. She has been great! Very thorough and gentle during cleanings. Very professional and knowledgeable as well. Would absolutely recommend this office to anyone looking for a new dentist.

I’m a new patient and I can truly say it is a pleasure to come here. I have been treated with care and kindness by all and I will continue to visit the Heritage Brach location.

I needed a crown and some other work done. Dr. Craven and her team were amazing! I wanted a provider that had great chair side manner with experience and that is exactly what I received:) The team worked to provide the best dental plan for me, abound I am very happy with the work. Thank you.

Staff is always great. I just moved to this office within the last year or so. Nothing but smiles so far. I would not hesitate to suggest giving them a try.

Their bedside manner has improved (it used to be seriously lacking). And they do good work (they always have).

But. They do nickel and dime a bit. They charge a 3% "convenience fee" if you pay with a card (kind of petty, since … that's the cost of doing business, folks) and they dramatically overcharge for small things like fluoride treatment ($27 for literally 5 seconds of work and probably 50 cents in material).

So. Do I recommend them? There isn't a ton of choice in the region, and I suspect their competition isn't much different in their practices. In the end, they do do good work and so we overlook some of their demerits. Good luck.
