A native to North Carolina, Ashley grew up in Sanford. She graduated with a B.A. in History from UNC-Wilmington before obtaining her Certificate of Dental Hygiene from UNC-Chapel Hill in 2008. Ashley aims to make each guest comfortable and keep guest education of adequate home care as a top priority.
Kristen was born and grew up in Harrisburg, PA then attended college at West Virginia University. She graduated in 2005 with a Bachelors of Science in Dental Hygiene. Kristen moved to Wake Forest, NC in 2005 with her husband. She has two boys and enjoys spending time with her family and playing tennis in her spare time. Kristen strives to give every guest a pleasant experience while educating the importance of oral hygiene.
Mary Beth was born and raised in Wake Forest, NC. Mary Beth obtained her Associates Degree in Dental Hygiene from Wake Tech community and is pursuing completing her Bachelors degree at The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. In her spare time Mary Beth enjoys traveling with her husband to the Mountains and the beach as well as spending time with her dogs. She is actively involved with her local community. Mary Beth is devoted in helping guests conquer their dental fears and establish a new outlook on oral hygiene.
Samantha,or better known as Sam, is a native of North Carolina. She grew up on the East Coast where her father served 28 years in the United States Marine Corps. She moved to Florida to attend Indian River State College, only to return back to her home state because her heart was in North Carolina. She obtained her Degree in Dental Hygiene in 2006 at Wake Community College.
Prior to dental hygiene, she worked as a dental assistant and orthodontic assistant. Sam loves dental hygiene and treats all her guests like family. As an inaugural dental writer for the social magazine,Today’s RDH, Sam is passionate about keeping up to date on the latest dental technology. In her free time, she enjoys writing and spending time with her husband, two children, and their family dog.
Jeanette is originally from Long Island. She graduated in 2006 from Farmingdale State University with an Associates Degree in Dental Hygiene. Prior to Hygiene she worked as a Dental Assistant for 3 years. She moved to Wake Forest in 2009. When she is not spending time with her young daughter and family, you will find her crocheting and working on her Etsy page. She strives to give every patient a thorough yet gentle cleaning as well as reduce their dental fears.
Christian was born and raised on a farm in Pilot, North Carolina. She graduated from Halifax Community College with an Associate Degree in Applied Science in Dental Hygiene. In her spare time, Christian enjoys spending time with family and being outdoors. Christian loves to educate patients about their oral hygiene. She is passionate about her job and loves being part of the TFD family!
Jackie is originally from Florida but has lived in North Carolina for the past ten years. Jackie obtained her Associate’s Degree in Dental hygiene from Wake Technical Community college and is planning to pursue her passion of dental hygiene even further with a Bachelor’s degree. In her spare time, Jackie likes to read, do puzzles, and cheer on UNC Basketball. Before her career in dental hygiene, Jackie was a salon spa coordinator for 5 years and therefore understands the importance of building a good rapport with patients. Jackie strives to make sure every guest feels comfortable in her chair, as well as answering any oral hygiene questions that may arise from her patients.
Bryton graduated with her degree in dental hygiene at FTCC. In her free time she loves spending time with her family and friends. She’s a caring and honest individual who loves just being outdoors. What Bryton wants for her patients is to create trust while helping them achieve their dental goals and soaking in knowledge all at the same time.
Skylar was born in Raleigh, North Carolina. She graduated as president of her Dental Hygiene class from Wake Technical Community College, receiving her Associates in Applied Science in Dental Hygiene. Prior to being a Registered Dental Hygienist, Skylar was a Certified Dental Assistant for 3 years. Skylar loves being a member of Triangle Family Dentistry and enjoys working with such an awesome dental team! Patient comfort and happiness are her priorities. She strives to provide the highest quality of care for her patients. Her goal is to educate them on their dental needs and oral hygiene to improve not only their dental health, but their overall systemic health as well.
In Skylar’s spare time she enjoys cruising in her jeep with her mini schnauzer, Rambo, and going to the gun range with her dad on the weekends. She also likes jokes, scary movies, volunteering in the community, and spending time with her family and friends.
Carlie was born and raised in North Carolina. She obtained her Associates Degree in Dental Hygiene at Guilford Technical Community College and has plans to pursue a bachelor’s degree in the future. In her free time, Carlie enjoys kayaking, spending time with her family, and walking her dog. Her goal as a hygienist is to be a partner to her patients in helping them achieve their dental goals. Carlie works hard to educate patients about oral home care so that they have the tools and knowledge to lead healthier lives.
Ezie is originally from Anchorage, Alaska and spent half of her childhood there before moving to Raleigh, NC with her family in 2003. She graduated from UNC Chapel Hill in 2018 with her Bachelors of Science in Dental Hygiene and lived in Washington, DC before moving back to the Triangle in the fall of 2020. In her free time, Ezie enjoys traveling the world and spending time with her puppy, Nala. Ezie is passionate about dentistry and hopes to increase health literacy in underserved communities by educating patients about the importance of oral care.
