A native to North Carolina, Ashley grew up in Sanford. She graduated with a B.A. in History from UNC-Wilmington before obtaining her Certificate of Dental Hygiene from UNC-Chapel Hill in 2008. Ashley aims to make each guest comfortable and keep guest education of adequate home care as a top priority.
Mary Beth was born and raised in Wake Forest, NC. Mary Beth obtained her Associates Degree in Dental Hygiene from Wake Tech community and is pursuing completing her Bachelors degree at The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. In her spare time Mary Beth enjoys traveling with her husband to the Mountains and the beach as well as spending time with her dogs. She is actively involved with her local community. Mary Beth is devoted in helping guests conquer their dental fears and establish a new outlook on oral hygiene.
Samantha,or better known as Sam, is a native of North Carolina. She grew up on the East Coast where her father served 28 years in the United States Marine Corps. She moved to Florida to attend Indian River State College, only to return back to her home state because her heart was in North Carolina. She obtained her Degree in Dental Hygiene in 2006 at Wake Community College.
Prior to dental hygiene, she worked as a dental assistant and orthodontic assistant. Sam loves dental hygiene and treats all her guests like family. As an inaugural dental writer for the social magazine,Today’s RDH, Sam is passionate about keeping up to date on the latest dental technology. In her free time, she enjoys writing and spending time with her husband, two children, and their family dog.
Jeanette is originally from Long Island. She graduated in 2006 from Farmingdale State University with an Associates Degree in Dental Hygiene. Prior to Hygiene she worked as a Dental Assistant for 3 years. She moved to Wake Forest in 2009. When she is not spending time with her young daughter and family, you will find her crocheting and working on her Etsy page. She strives to give every patient a thorough yet gentle cleaning as well as reduce their dental fears.
Christian was born and raised on a farm in Pilot, North Carolina. She graduated from Halifax Community College with an Associate Degree in Applied Science in Dental Hygiene. In her spare time, Christian enjoys spending time with family and being outdoors. Christian loves to educate patients about their oral hygiene. She is passionate about her job and loves being part of the TFD family!
Jasmine is a Wake Tech graduate, receiving her associates in applied science. During her free time, she enjoys spending her time in the great outdoors and exploring the world with her friends and family. Jasmine has a passion in educating her patients and helping them improve their oral health and promoting healthy smiles.
Madeline (or Maddie as she likes to be called) is originally from Richmond Virginia. She received a Bachelor’s of Science in dental hygiene from the Utah College of Dental Hygiene. With a strong love for the east coast, she moved to Wake Forest, North Carolina after finishing school. Fun fact about Maddie is that she is also a certified Spanish medical interpreter and jumps at any opportunity to practice her Spanish skills. Maddie loves helping other achieve their healthiest smile! She strives to make you feel welcome from the moment she takes you back. She prioritizes patient comfort and care while in the chair, and loves to send patients home smiling and with a renewed sense of motivation in improving oral health.
Maddie enjoys cooking, and anything true crime. Her and her husband also enjoy spending free time with all the family they have nearby.
Susan was born and raised in Henderson, NC. She is a graduate of Wayne Community College in Goldsboro where she received her certified dental assistant degree, as we as an associate degree in dental hygiene. Her favorite about being a dental hygienist is interacting with many different people. She is very passionate about her career, and her goal is to provide quality, gentle dental care as well as comforting her patients during their appointments.
In her free time, Susan loves spending time with her family and her two dogs. She is a plant lover who loves to garden and feed and watch the birds – especially the bluebirds!
Anna was born and raise in the southern Outer Banks of North Carolina. She started college in NC and then completed her degree in Pennsylvania. She started a career in nursing but soon switched to the dental field. Anna started off as a dental assistant for a few years and then dove in for more as a dental hygienist. Eight years of experience as a dental hygienist under her belt and still just as passionate. Anna has worked in specialized practices such as pediatrics, periodontal, and disabled (mental and physical). She recently moved back to North Carolina to be closer to family. Anna has an angry calico cat that likes to go on walks, she enjoys boating, fishing, hiking, and a good BBQ.
Kasey was born in Henderson, NC and raised in Oxford, NC. She graduated from the Dental Assisting program at NC Dental U in May 2017. She recently got married in a beautiful beach wedding to Tommy Ray in September 2017. Kasey enjoys being part of the TFD team and is looking forward to growing her career in Dentistry.
I was born in Western New York and moved to North Carolina in 2009. I graduated from Triangle School of Dental Assisting in December, 2021 and joined TFD a few months later. I love being a part of TFD and I am excited to grow my career in dentistry. In my spare time I enjoy going to the lake, baking, and spending time with family and my two dogs.
