Frances was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois. She graduated from Northern Illinois University in 2009 with her Bachelor’s degree in Corporate Communications. In April 2014, she relocated to North Carolina with her husband and daughter and they have completely fallen in love with the South. Frances has most of her career experience within the veterinary field as a veterinary technician and office manager but has also had some previous experience in dentistry as a guest care coordinator and marketing assistant working for an implant specialist back in Chicago. In her free time, Frances and her husband love to travel and have been all over the Caribbean including Aruba, St. Maarten and Dominican Republic. Frances is extremely good with numbers and is here to help you with all of your insurance and billing questions!
Danielle might seem like a new face, but she has been working behind the scenes in our office as a sterilization technician for two years. She has extensive experience in customer service and guest satisfaction. Danielle was born and raised in North Carolina. In her free time, she loves spending time with her son, Caden, and relaxing at her family’s
beach house on Bald Head Island. Danielle is here to greet you with a smiling, friendly face and help you with all of your scheduling needs!
Danielle was born and raised in the Triad area. She graduated from the University of North Carolina – Wilmington in 2015 with a Bachelor’s of Science in Biology. She enjoys helping guests with their sedation dentistry and dental implant needs in order to help them reach their dental goals.
Danielle lives in Raleigh with her sister, Raney, and their three dogs and two tortoises. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends – especially when cheering on the Tarheels! Danielle is also actively involved in animal rescue and she is possibly that crazy woman you see stopping on the side of the road rescuing stranded turtles.
Come in to see Danielle and to discuss any of your dental needs!

As we continue to monitor the rapidly changing landscape around the coronavirus (COVID-19), our primary goal is for the safety and well-being of our patients and team members.
In response to the recommendations from the American Dental Association and the North Carolina Dental Board, WE ARE OPEN for dental work deemed Emergency Care. Emergency care is defined as trauma, broken tooth, pain, swelling, or infection.
All other, non-emergency care will be scheduled for a later date.
We have made this decision for the health and safety of you and our team members,
If you believe you have a dental emergency, instead of going to your local hospital emergency room we would prefer you contact us in order to avoid overwhelming healthcare workers dealing with those suffering from the coronavirus.
In the event you have a dental emergency during this time, please call for an appointment OR schedule a virtual consultation to speak with a doctor from the comfort of your home.
We have teams in several locations prepared to treat dental emergencies.
We will update this schedule and availability as more information becomes available.
Our commitment is to provide urgent dental care in a clean, safe and efficient manner during this turbulent time.
We are available for you.
Stay safe and healthy and we’ll see you at the office again soon!
