Very friendly and professional. My teeth feel cleaned!!

I first made the switch to TFD from my family dentistry after changing jobs and relocating back home. Christian and Dr. Bows were so welcoming and considerate. They gave me tips to support my dental hygiene.

I have seen Dr Long twice. Very positive experiences both times. He is great at explaining recommendations he has regarding preventative care. He provides his personal advice but gives options at different price points. Gave honest advice that made me feel comfortable trusting him without feeling like unnecessary services were being pushed on me.
Miller was my dental hygienist. He was extremely personable, friendly and gentle! He was very thorough with answering my questions as well.

On time, friendly staff.

Christian was amazing doing my deep cleaning today and all staff was very kind and wonderful. I really recommend this place. Thank you for the great service.

I have been going to this location for over a year and have been very happy with the care that I have received. In my past (other dentists) I had had 2 failed implants so I was hesitant about further treatments. Dr. Chang was very reassuring and explained an alternative treatment. I went with her recommendation and got a bridge. The process was not painful and Dr. Chang was very detail oriented to ensure that it fit perfectly and arranged follow ups to make any adjustments. I really appreciated how thorough she was and definitely felt well cared for. This practice has always been able to fit me into appointments quickly and the entire staff is friendly and welcoming.

I recently had a fantastic experience at the brier creek location . The office was clean and modern making my husband and I at ease. The dental team was thorough in their examinations and took the time to answer any questions or concerns we had. We was extremely impressed with the level of professionalism we received. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and friendly dental office for themselves or a family member .

Clean, professional office with friendly staff. It's on the second floor. Stairs and elevator available. Free parking. No problems with my insurance. The dental staff made recommendations, but didn't pressure me into buying unnecessary products or treatments. They also have a coffee machine in the lobby!

So I am typically terrified of the dentist - yet today.... This experience was top tier. As a millennial I appreciate efficiency and transparency whenever I visit any kind of business. Although they were busy at the time of my scheduled appointment - I came in, filled my paperwork out and was seen RIGHT at the time of my scheduled appointment. (HUGE PLUS) My dental hygienist was sincerely a gift from God, the universe, whatever deity you chose to believe in - she exceeded my expectations. She was gentle, she was personable, she was knowledgeable and she also made me feel better about being terrified of the dentist. (She also verified my benefits prior to doing any services - If you know, you know). My dentist was GREAT on top of that. (Shout out to no cavities!!) Anyways - great dentist, transparent, quick and the vibe was nice. 10/10 recommend.

I have been very pleased with the experience with Triangle Family Dentistry, Cary Park location. Ashley was very efficient at her tasks of X-ray and teeth cleaning. She was very friendly and easy to communicate with. I had barely any wait time and my appointment for cleaning lasted as was expected. Overall, a great experience.

Received a perfectly-fitted crown on lower molar with no pain! Nice surprise that the core build-up was unnecessary, so saved those dollars at checkout. Very accommodating the next day correcting my error in not presenting my insurance card to cover part of the cost. Recommend!

Office staff is prompt in getting back to me when I had questions whether it was online chat, initial scheduling, or phone calls. I've been going here since the office opened & my kids came here since they were toddlers. Now even though we moved, & one is now a high schooler, we make the trip here for their clinical team's attentiveness & thoroughness. Bonus: Kids get tokens for a vending machine with neat little toys afterwards. improvement I'd suggest is to ask for a consistent hygienist if you'd like one. It improved our experience & continuity of care significantly.

I went in for my initial visit, an examination and cleaning. The office was very clean and neat and I felt very comfortable with their Covid 19 protocol. I have been going here for my dental services for several years now and have only once been only slightly disappointed. Their staff is always friendly and helpful and I really appreciate the advance communication. They even give an out of pocket cost to you on the reminder call. The only issue I've had was on a recent visit for a cleaning they did an optical kind of scan of my teeth and failed to let me know it wasn't covered by insurance before doing the scan. I only found out about it later when reviewing the EoB from the insurance company. It wasn't a huge cost or anything but I'll be sure to ask about anything like that ahead of time from now on. Otherwise, the services have been top notch and I'm very happy with their practice. Thanks for the excellent care!

Dr. Salem and her team did a wonderful job with my Invisalign. From start to finish, it was a seamless process and they were always very friendly, professional, and communicative about what it would entail. If you are considering Invisalign, they will do a great job and you'll be very happy with the process and results.

Wow! What a great cleaning by Natalie in the Brier Creek office. There was a full set of x-rays, a 3-D scan of my all my teeth, the depth of my gums (receding 🙁 ) and then the cleaning and what a cleaning. After using the high pressure water tool she scaled away for quite a while determined to get rid of every last piece of tarter that had built up on the back teeth. Going back in four months (as was suggested) to keep an eye on my gums. Those who do not have insurance, like myself: they offer "Dental Access" for $265 which includes an initial exam, two cleanings a year, x-rays with your first exam and more! STRONGLY RECOMMEND.

Great dental practice the staff always take time to explain things. I love my dentist Dr. Sailon is very nice and takes a good care of my teeth .!! Highly recommended ..!

I had my teeth cleaned today by Drew. The appointment started on time and the experience was great. Drew explained what he did the whole process and I felt my teeth were clean while he was working on them. I definitely would go back to him for future appointment.

Our family has been going to TFD for about 5 years. Everyone is always nice and very informative about taking care of your teeth or other services they offer. My last visit I saw Fernanda for my cleaning, and Dr. Short for the check up. Fernanda did a great job cleaning my teeth, and was very helpful with how to be a better flosser and what mouth wash I should be using. Dr. Short did a great follow up from my cleaning. They both are awesome. I would highly recommend TFD.

Best Dental clinics in the market, i have been to different clinics in the past, but i have not seen anywhere with this much detailing explanation. I am glad that i am on safe hands when it comes to take care of my teeth. Highly recommended.

I got my gap closed via composite bonding. Dr. Salem did a great job. She made me feel so comfortable, and it was painless.

I had my first appointment last week and was blown away by the staff's attention to detail, sanitization procedures, and friendliness! I was very nervous due to bad experiences in the past with floss shaming and harsh cleanings, but this was by far the best experience I've ever had at a family dentistry. They give you an information packet and an incredibly detailed estimate should you need additional work in the future. I must say, I've never looked forward to a dental appointment prior to this experience! I was very happy with my choice and look forward to my next appointment. Thank you Triangle Family Dentistry!!

This is the best dental office I've ever been to!! They have the friendliest staff, their office gives you reminders about your appointments (and I'm not talking about the annoying kinds), and their office is modern and up to date. I got my Invisalign done there with Dr. Baky and prior to this he was very thorough in explaining everything! As someone who understands nothing in regards to what dental terminology means - this was super helpful for me. This group has always been so helpful and makes a patient want to return. I always am more than happy to tell others that I'm a patient of TFD with a huge smile on my face that has been fixed by TFD! BE SURE TO CHECK THEM OUT!!

They also understand when someone is nervous about their procedure and take extra care to provide the comfort needed.
